Marta listened to me and took time to put me at ease and explain the whole process. I'm not very confident with make-up but felt comfortable asking questions, and left looking confident for a pre-wedding party, with a few essential items packed up too. Thank you Marta!

Last time I was here the service was really poor but today I was given exceptional customer service from Yasmin who colour matched me to the right foundation shade/concealer and advised me on what step to follow and which brush to use when applying my makeup. This is why customer service should be consistent. Yasmin is a really asset to Charlotte Tilbury.
